          Understanding the value of capacity building, YAP invests in a number of trainings and seminars supported by National Agencies, local municipalities, European Commission, and Council of Europe.
These trainings address a number of areas such as inclusion, peace education, citizenship, migration, media, conflict resolution, sustainable development, intercultural learning, human rights, and democracy. Our objective is to provide skills and tools to empower young people for life experiences and to better serve their community. The particular areas of skills development are training of trainers, volunteer management, organizational management, fundraising, lobbying, media and PR. The seminars and trainings provides the opportunity to exchange working methods and to develop new projects.

How to participate:
          - first of all, carefully read the information posted on the site : call for participants, criteria of selection, participation fee.  This is highly important because for some of them a specific preparation can be demanded, or a limit of age required.
          -if you have need of more information and in order to ask for/send the application form, please contact us at youth.exchanges@yap.ro
          - within an established date, the selected participants come contacted directly from the organising agency.

          We remember that in order to participate to an activity through Yap Romania it is necessary to be associates of the organisations.
